We absolutely love Parotta – but there is a big problem – Let me make my case your honor!
For diabetes research, we inject a chemical called Alloxan to lab animals to create diabetes.
This alloxan destroys the insulin producing beta cells of the pancreas – since there is no insulin, the animal will get ALLOXAN diabetes.
This same chemical Alloxan is in our parotta. Don’t worry – Salna is safe.
When maida is mixed with bleaching agent chloride oxide – alloxan is formed. We think it is Aaloo parotta, but it might be alloxan parotta.
Alloxan from the parotta starts damaging the insulin producing beta cells of the pancreas slowly.
If you want your BETA (son) to be healthy, BETA cells ARE very important.
Vitamin E rich foods like fish oil can mildly reduce this damage. After knowing this, my friend SK orders bun parotta with fish curry. Even Vitamin E would fail and change its name to Vitamin F.
So treat parotta as a true occasional luxury food. I am curious to know how often you eat parottas.
