My wife and I, both signed up for NewMe program in October 2023. We expected a program with crash diets and swift results, instead we were introduced a lifestyle change program. During this program we learnt a lot about nutrition, aspects of how to set realistics nutritional goals and the importance of protein, good fats, gut friendly foods. We got to experience the concept of nourshiment like how a good sleep ( which is often overlooked) plays a vital role in body balance, the need for increasing water intake and regular excercise. We got to try meditation in this program and it has become a daily routine. The lifestyle changes helped me in dropping 23 lbs and over 5 inches waist size at the end of the program. My LDL dropped over 60 percentage. My wife maintained her weight and learnt healthy lifestyle habits. A big thanks to Dr.Pal for his guidance and to our Life coach Janani. This is a holistic approach, and not just a weight loss program. 3 months ago, I enrolled in this NewMe wellness program built by Dr. Pal who is a board-certified Gastroenterologist. My primary objective was to reduce my blood sugar, cholesterol, fatty liver disease and frequent indigestion issues. This program is based on a holistic approach that focuses on several pillars with the help of a life coach who constantly monitors and helps you in the process. As I was almost reaching end of the program, I got a blood test done and was pleasantly surprised to see the results showed significant reduction on my blood sugar, cholesterol and fatty liver readings and I feel absolutely grateful to Dr. Pal and my life coach Devi. I will continue to follow the habits I learned from this program as I find they are sustainable and produce great results. The initial fortnight served as a meticulous baseline, revolving around a bespoke dietary plan. Progressing into weeks four to six, our collective focus pivoted towards aligning with individualized wellness goals. By weeks eight to twelve, the once-intensive regimen seamlessly integrated into my daily life, akin to navigating on autopilot. The results, both quantifiable and life-altering, stand as a testament to the program's efficacy: a remarkable 18-pound weight reduction, a substantive drop in A1C levels from 7.1 to 6.6, and a restoration of blood pressure to normalcy. The metamorphosis transcended numerical benchmarks, with body fat percentage dwindling from 24.4% to 20.5%, visceral fat diminishing from 11% to 8%, and subcutaneous fat witnessing a significant decrease from 21.2% to 17.9%. The greatest benefit I got from Dr Pal’s program was the sluggish feeling I so easily used to have in the noon vanished and there was more energy in me to go through the day with good active feel and though I did not have much weight loss, there was inch loss in my belly area and my gas and easily getting bloated feel definitely reduced by a major %. I will be practicing the goals I was given while on the program through my life and hopefully in the next few months will knock out more pounds too. *Note: As we are changing your lifestyle, this process will take time. Therefore, we recommend a 90-day program. NewMe takes a holistic approach for reversing the human body’s metabolic disorders. It aims to correct hormonal imbalance thereby helping you to achieve weight loss.

Not at all; the program is strategically designed to help you change your lifestyle. However, we request our clients to take  a  multivitamin and fiber supplement as part of our program.  This can be taken as per your comfort and is optional.

We recommend that you stay with us for at least 3 months as it will take the body a minimum of 3 months to adapt to this process. You are most welcome to stick with us beyond 3 months if you wish to. Kindly speak with the life coaches for further information.

The diet coach will analyse your blood work to evaluate your nutritional statistics    and identify any deficiencies or health markers that should be taken into account and personalize your diet plan.
